Ranbir Kapoor receives support from co-star Gauahar Khan amid backlash for ignoring Alia Bhatt, actress says, “He is a gentleman”

Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are one of the most loved couples of Bollywood. Recently the couple was spotted at Raj Kapoor’s 100^th birth anniversary celebrations. Recently, a video went viral on social media where the Animal actor is seemingly ignoring Alia Bhatt at the event. While the actress has reacted to the backlash, Ranbir Kapoor’s Rocket Singh co-star Gauahar Khan also slammed trollers.

Sharing the video, Gauahar wrote, “Seriously so unfair! I’m glad there are such posts that show how unfair certain posts are, that can unnecessarily put someone in a certain light. Ranbir is a gentleman!”

While trolls attacked the actor, Alia defended her husband as she liked an Instagram reel which showed the actor taking care of her. The caption of the video where it was posted originally read, “The side of Ranbir that social media doesn’t show, they cut a 2-sec clip out of context and run a whole lot of negative PR with it. Meanwhile, this is the reality. It’s crazy to me how easily people can be fooled.”

This is not the first time Ranbir has been trolled and misunderstood. Earlier as well, he faced backlash after netizens took his ‘wipe off’ lipstick out of context. Ranbir’s sister Riddhima Kapoor Sahni recently spoke about how her family became victims of trolls because of misunderstandings, especially her brother and Alia.
